The course starts with some exercises to help you study effectively.
There are six units in the course: Home, Changes, Feeling good, Our world, Culture and Grammar and Vocabulary.
Each unit has five sections and each section usually has eight exercises (sometimes there may be nine exercises). The last section is where you study the video. Here you also review words and grammar from the unit.
The Grammar and Vocabulary unit helps you to review grammar and remember new words from the whole course. Special 'grammar movies' here help you learn more effectively.
Only the unit Feeling Good is available in this sample course.
